BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rental prices shown are inclusive of tax and do not include tourist tax. Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. The deposit is 50% of the total cost of the stay. In the event of cancellation of the stay within 6 months of the arrival date, the deposit will be retained and will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation more than 6 months before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. The other 50% of the rental price must paid at least 15 days before arrival.           

Data protection (RGPD): The information collected in this form is necessary to process your booking. It will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. In accordance with data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

Arrival and departure : The rental is ready from 3pm on the day of arrival. Tenants must contact us to arrange the handover of the keys. In the event of late arrival (after 7pm), please inform us in advance. Departure must be from 10am. Occupancy : The accomodation is rented for the number of people indicated in the booking. For additional visitors, our agreement is required. The total number of occupants must not exceed 13 persons for Le Mas and 14 persons for La Bastide. Respect of the accomodation : During their stay, tenants must take care of the accomodation. They are expected to use the equipment with care. Everything needed for a comfortable stay, such as cooking ustensils, oil, spices, linen and towels, is available to them during their stay. It is strictly forbidden to move furniture from its original position. The Wi-Fi password required to access the Internet is confidential. Please do not share it with anyone outside the group. In the event of damage or breakage, it is the tenant's responsibility to inform us before leaving the places.

Security: We, as hosts, cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to the accommodation if it is not properly secured (windows and front door locked). Tenants must also ensure that they do not leave any electrical or household appliances switched on when out and about. The gîte has smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Young children must not be left unsupervised in the accommodation. Our property is entirely closed with a fence, please ensure to close the gate after living of entering the domain. Non-smoking: Le Mas and La Bastide are strictly non-smoking areas. Smoking and vaping inside is absolutely forbidden. An ashtray is available outside for those who wish to smoke. Please do not throw cigarette butts in the garden or on the terrace. Pets:Pets are allowed on condition that the premises are kept clean and quiet. Pets must be identified and have up-to-date vaccinations. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. Guests must clean up after their pets. Tenants must keep their pets on a leash on the property. Pets must not be left alone and unsupervised in the accommodation.

Waste sorting : In the kitchen, there is a bin dedicated to selective sorting, which is available to tenants to help them sort their waste on a daily basis. When it is time to take our the rubbish, the tenant must go to the rubbish collection point on the roadside between the two entrances. Outside areas : A gas barbecue is available on the terrace. Due to the risk of fire, the use of fire is strictly prohibited. Tenants must ensure that they extinguish cigarette ends in the ashtrays provided and not throw them into the garden of surrounding vegetation. Swimming pool : A swimming pool is available. Under French law, the swimming pool is secured by a fence but is not supervised. Tenants are responsible for their own safety and that of their children. We cannot be held responsible for accidents occuring during use of the swimming pool.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in sanctions, such as additional charges for non-standard cleaning. These rules are designed to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. By respecting these rules, the tenant contributes to a positive and safe experience in our property.
